How do I "Allow App to store data on computer for offline use?"

I'm unable to allow the Web Highlighter for Firefox to store data on computer for offline use. It tells me to click a Question Mark in the address bar, but there is not one. (Screenshot: http://d.pr/9NwW )

    Same issue here - FF 15.0 running under Ubuntu 12.04.

    It's super-tedious that the Diigo add-on for Chrome is not available for FF... if Google wasn't becoming increasingly evil I would just switch back to Chrome.
