Block users from Friending

I have a user that I don't want to follow me. How can I block this person?

I also want to stop some users from Following me. I am a teacher and I have students in old unused accounts that still show up as Following me even though I used the tool to stop following them some time ago. I do not want to give you a list of 3 or 4 dozen names. I'd just like to "unfriend" them like I can in Facebook to quietly drop people from seeing my posts just in case they ever signed in again.

I have an family account: me and my daughter (11 years) Guess what? Now I have a follower with sexual content on his account. So, please, help me to block this kind of people.
