  1. "Network error" in Mac Quick note

    I'm using OSX Mountain Lion.
    When I updated to the latest version of Quick Note, I tried to connect again to my online notes.
    Cloud sync gives now always "network error". Username and password are correct; Cloud sync used to work on my Mac for many months.
    Anybody a suggestion what to do to get cloud sync working again?

  2. Hide public annotations tool is not working for Google Home Page. Very annoying!!!

    I am using Firefox but this is a Diigo Tool problem.

    People are idiots. How do we get rid of the annoying annotations and highlighting that they put on the Google Home Page. Your "hide annotations" does not get rid of it.

  3. email notifications going out slowly

    I've noticed that it takes me about 10-15 minutes to receive email notifications from my diigo group. Can this be improved? The sign-up email confirmation was nearly instant.

  4. Tags are missing from my tagroll

    My tag cloud displays properly, but many of my tags are missing from the cloud. How can I get help with this?

  6. Private bookmarks visible on public list

    I have a list called 'Work'. It contains public and private bookmarks. However, all bookmarks are visible to users - why?

  9. Highlighting (or lack of!)

    Am going to uninstall Diigo. Am completely fed up. The only thing I use it for is highlighting - which doesn't WORK in Chrome!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. Chrome extension no longer loads existing tags

    When I am on a page that I have bookmarked before, Diigo uses a red marker (thank god, please don't take this away!) to show that it's an existing bookmark. But since the last update, it no longer loads the tags I gave to this page previously.

    Please bring this feature back! Please stop breaking my tool!

    Your continued "improvements" to the Chrome extension are starting to irk me.

    First it was an extra click to get to the tagging window (horrible user experience design) and now the extension doesn't load my existing tags on previously bookmarked pages!

  11. Firefox, Diigo toolbar quick link to a folder, I visit one webpage and then the other do not appear

    I must go to the Diigo drop down menu on the left hand side of the toolbar and then refresh toolbar data in order to use the drop down menu again. Firefox 3.6.12

  13. post topics gets blocked by the groups name and avatar

    Under the groups, the post bookmark/topic button is hidden behind the avatar/name thus it is impossible to click it.

  15. Chrome extension doesn't recognize an URL with a hyphen as a valid URL

    Diigo Chrome says the URL isn't valid if the URL contains a hyphen. Try and tag the below URL.
