  1. Iphone app crash

    App crashes when you try to search bookmarks using the "tag" or "booklmark list" search option.

  2. Deleting the first entry in the library removes also the date

    In my Diigo library I see in front of the first entry the date, when I added this entry.
    The 2nd and 3rd entries are added at the same date, so here I see no separate date.

    When I delete the first entry, then the first entry (that was the second entry before) does not have any date.
    Here the date should be shown at the first entry.
    When I reload my library, then I see a date at the first entry, so this is just a refresh problem.

  3. bookmarks not showing

    I diigo many things each day to share with our teachers. When I go back several days later, they do not appear in the list. I could open the same window on the computer right next to mine-same browser/etc and they all show? This is annoying because I go all over the building and quickly diigo sites but come back to my room and they do not appear on the list.

  4. "Group" & "List" indication next to doc. or images: in the gallery & in the "edit" of doc. (or images)

    Please implement ASAP a group (& list) indicator next to the doc. (or images) from the gallery.
    Once those doc. (or images) are shared in group or belong to a list when you want to "edit" them again the indication about group or list isn't selected.
    I consider it as a big error in interface user feedback

  5. UserVoice fails to find words in comments

    Words in existing comments are not found when people are drafting new topics.

    We'll end up with duplicate, triplicate and more topics; and users will sometimes not find answers that are relevant.

    The UserVoice quota prevents me from adding a bug to http://feedback.uservoice.com/forums/1 — please, can someone with a vote file a bug in that area? Thanks.

    (I sought 'find comments' and 'search comments' in that area, found nothing, so I treat this as a bug, not a design flaw.)

  7. Diigo tools and toolbar don't work!

    My Diigo toolbar doesn't show, although it appears in the add-on manager. I can see the diigo icon next to my bookmark-icons. Clicking on it, I am thrown out of Diigo and have to sign in again.
    Please, help me very quickly, I need to be able to add new booksmarks by the beginning of next week!!! PS: I have enabled cookies.

  8. Layout of Groups not working in Chrome; R column pushed to bottom

    I am using Chrome most recent version on a 1920x1200 display Windows 7 box. We just bought a year of Diigo Standard so I'd kinda like this to work!

    When I open a group, the right column is pushed to the bottom of the page "Group Settings, most active members, Top 10 Tags". Also the 1st bookmark link shows at the left margin, but everything after that is pushed to the far right of the screen, no margin, *after the footer.

    It looks like only the first bookmark is ending up in #mainInner and everything after then is going into…

  9. Chrome extension flagged as malware in Chrome x64

    The Diigo Chrome extension does not work on Chrome x64. It is flagged as malware and disabled. Please fix this soon, it is a crippling problem.

  10. SAVE automatically sets Cache and doesn't sync it with the server

    I've just installed new version of the extension and I'm curious why each page is cached by default when I press 'Save' button and "Cached" checkbox is unchecked.

    UseCase:
    1. I press "Save",
    2. Website/bookmark is saved to my Diigo account
    3. When I check it in my library, I see that page has status "Cached"
    4.but Chrome Extension still shows unchecked "Cached"

    So it looks like a bug. Extension shouldn't set cache by default and it should get the status "Cached" from the server.

    Why it's so important?
    Free account has limited cached bookmarks and they won't last long…

  11. add bookmark

    Sometimes I can't add a bookmark. I select Add and the window does not open to add one. It happened before and worked again; now it happened yesterday and is still not working. Any ideas?

  14. tool for import Google Notebook

    I'm trying out the "import Google Notebook" tool, and noticed there's a 5MB size limit on the XML file to be imported. Is there also a limit on # of entries? I tried importing a Google Notebook XML with 719 entries, and it looked like it stalled at 100.

  15. Toolbar font color and dark themes/FabTab conflict

    I'm currently using a FabTab extension that colors each tabs in regards to the predominant color of the website. The problem occurs when the tab gets colored in a pitch dark color: the "Bookmark", "Highlight", "Capture", "Comment" writings fade out in the background. This probably happens due to their default font color. However, latter doesn't happen to "Send", "Read Later", "Options" buttons and smart folders. Therefore, my suggestion would be if you could set the switch the font color of the troublesome ones to same of those elements which not have this issue.

  17. diigo browser useless (at least to me)

    In essence what I want to do is tag and save the hyperlinks in diigo.
    Diigo browser would be >the< thing to perform that task.
    Except that on ios "Share to Diigo" just fails with an indistinctive "There was a problem sharing". No hint/ no trace nothing...

  18. Complete loss of account

    Last month I suddenly could no longer access my account. I tried sending emails to Diigo through the site, as well as directly contacting someone within the org. NO HELP WHATSOEVER. Not even a response.

    I just set up a brand new account under my old information and the Diigo site accepted it as new information, as if my account had been completely deleted.

    I had over 2K websites saved! Pretty sorry customer service if you ask me. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

  19. I'm seeing public notes from a (verified) spammer

    I see that the user "diigalex" has been kicked out for spamming. Still, I can see a couple of (spammy) public notes at google.com

  20. Auto copy to clipboard possible in Chrome

    When I click on 'Annotated Link.." to an item in My Library, I get the message: "Your browser does not allow access to your computer's clipboard. Instead, please select the URL then use Ctrl-C for Copy." Ok, so this is not a bug, strictly speaking, but it's a deficiency. Check out http://bit.ly - when a link is generated, there is a space where one can click to copy the link onto the Clipboard. So, it's definitely doable.
