Search is not working
Searching my library yields zero results if I type word that is in many bookmark titles. Have tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers. Many past posts describing same issue and going back several years are marked completed.

Citations in sticky notes
When my students copy and paste a citation into a sticky note, they can only see part of it in their library. They have to go back to the website and view the sticky note from the website to see and/or copy the citation. It looks like:

dataloss: URLs properly enclosed in angle brackets < > are lost
Losing URLs that are enclosed in angle brackets is contrary to an IETF standard.
This bug affects multiple categories, not only the website.

Diigo doesn't check if the link is already in library.
At least simple bookmarklet doesn't. It should check if given link is already in the library and if it is it's supposed to show you what tags does it have etc. You get the idea.

Clicking "Read later" now closes tab. How do I change it to NOT close tab?
I clicked on the "Read Later" button. Diigo asked if I wanted to automatically close the tab when I choose "Read Later". I said yes. Now I want diigo to NOT close the tab automatically when I click on "Read Later". Where is the option to revert this setting to how it was when I installed diigo toolbar in my Firefox?

HTML Export Option (Netscape and Delicious) Does Not Contain Tags
I can confirm that no tags show up under the Tags View Header when I import these htmls into Firefox or even Opera.
There is some metadata that appear under Keyword View for Firefox but it is severely in-complete.
Importing into Delicious does not produce any tags either.
Being able to save simultaneously else where is important (Locally on Firefox & on Delicious) however it would appear that they are broken at the moment - Please rectify this.

'Comments' column empty on CSV export
The description of my saved bookmarks are not exported in CSV.
The annotations column in the .csv correctly displays my highlights and sticky notes, but the comments column is completely empty. The descriptions of the bookmarks are nowhere to be found. It's the descriptions that, for me, contain some of the most important information that I would need to export.
Why is don't the bookmark descriptions export to .csv / why is the comments column empty?
3 votesWe will support better export in the future.

Time/Date indicator
Quick Note for Mac used to automatically save the Time/Date a note was created. This was especially useful when you need to quickly take notes in class and don't want to bother with saving documents and titling them etc. Now quick note indicates when the note was created using a vague indicator such as "1 weeks ago". When I have 5 notes marked with this indicator, it hardly helps me tell them apart. Please bring the Time/Date indicator back!!

comments are invisible to users of the extension for Chromium, and some other products
Users of extension 1.6.0.3 for Chromium/Google Chrome are **not** forewarned that all comments by other users are invisible.
Neither http://help.diigo.com/tools/chrome-extension nor https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/oojbgadfejifecebmdnhhkbhdjaphole mentions the word 'comment'.

Edit-dialog always appears on top of the page
Since a few weeks the edit-dialog always appears on top of the page, not at the spot of the bookmark I want to edit. Editing bookmarks at the bottom of the page is a mess cause I have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to see the dialog. This happens on different PCs (all with Win7) with different browsers (Firefox, IE), Java is uptodate. Anyone else???
BTW, did you change the position of the "Save" and "Cancel"-buttons? Since yesterday I always click on the wrong button...

Close windows and exit links for real
After previewing a site, I click close but it still remains open in the background, it is obvious when I preview a site with flash and has sound playing.
Can we have the previews exit / close completely, I think this is the cause of page crashing too, on occasions I have been editing my tags, previewing numerous sites and then the page closes, when I come back I've lost all my changes!
I think closing the previews will be a big help in avoiding crashes and also consuming less resources.

Locking up and restarting
Diigo installed. Computer is locking up then doing a restart. IT is blaming it on the Diigo toolbar because it is happening on two machines and both machines have the toolbar. We have IE8.6001 and XP.

Make invite work without trusting plaxo.com
I am using the NoScript browser extension for Firefox, which blocks all external sites by default, even when the main site is trusted. Your current javascript demands that we trust plaxo.com, or we cannot send invites to groups. I dont think your site should force users to trust any other sites than your own for basic functionality to work. There should be a non-javascript way that kicks in when the preferred way is blocked.

Username capitalization in URLs is inconsistant
I used the username-changing tool to give my username a capital first letter, and ever since, some links around the Diigo website have my username as a capital first letter, and some do not.
Would only be a minor thing, except for the fact that when the URL has a capital letter, Diigo doesn't recognize the page as "mine", and I view it as a public visitor would; it's only when the URL has a lower-case username do I get editing control.

Smart folders are present, but not populated.
Smart folders (FF Toolbar) randomly appear unpopulated. I have two and there does not seem to be any consistency between which will work or if either will work. Sometimes relogging-in helps, but usually not. I created the SF in the toolbar to each select a list. I can view the list from the main button and on the website. It seems the SF is not pulling the list of links.
