Diigo Toolbar Crashes IE; Internet Explorer has stopped working

I’ve been fighting a Diigo caused crash in IE for a long time; and it has happened in ie7, ie8, and ie9. Basically, at some point after the toolbar is installed IE starts crashing. I don’t know what triggers it, and it could be working fine for minutes, hours, days, or weeks. But once the crash starts IE fails on EVERY launch and the only way that I’ve found to fix it is to simply uninstall Diigo tool bar and then reinstall. Things then work fine… until they don’t. Here’s an entry from the event log:

And here’s a link from the bug forum from August 2011 with the same problem, and I know there are more:

I’ve also reported it before. Is this being worked on?
