Diigo Toolbar interferes with SharePoint 2010

I use Diigo, until recently on IE8. I found that the toolbar actively interferes with our SharePoint 2010 site at our school. In particular, when one is editing a SharePoint section, the little javascript dropdowns which allow you to choose a font, font size, font color, etc. will not work. After I upgraded to IE9, this still occurred. So, I turned off the Diigo toolbar - which did NOT help in IE8, but did solve the problem in IE9.

I've noticed that the diigo toobar interfers with a lot (but not all) of web pages that have javascript controls such as date pickers in them. I don't see this same behavior when using Firefox. But, I prefer to use ie9 over Firefox and the only way I've found to resolve the problem is to disable the diigo toolbar.
