I keep getting an error message "A server error has occurred, your data may not be saved, please try again later" when trying to send to email

Some of my tags continually will not merge and those that won't merge cuts off the end of the tag.

I can enter new a quick access filter but it will contain nothing, i.e. no bookmarks with the respective tag(s). Suddenly the entered quick access filters will just disappear again.
This is the most important feature for me, if it doesn't work I'll have to stay with Delicious. I am glad for any support or hints how to resolve this issue.

I use Windows 7 and Firefox 19.0.

Why does the first sticky note refuse to stick where it belongs on a page?

The second one (and all others) always stay exactly where they belong, but not the first one. ~ It always ends up in the top left corner of the page.

After installing the FF extension the clipped image on a website I am working on gets a border on mouse-over at the full size of the image. In Firebug the diigotb class highlights at hovering the image. You can see the same effect if you hover the clipped image at http://www.seifi.org/css/creating-thumbnails-using-the-css-clip-property.html I hope you understand what is happening.

Diggo Premium account

I have purchased a "Diigo Premium Account" almost a month ago. with in my free period.

I have received an email "Diigo Premium Upgrade Notification" from "service@diigo.com" on 7-FEB-2012.

as of now Diigo wants me to purchase a new subsription again!!!!!

I'm running Chrome and once in awhile Diigo refuses to open declaring that the page is still loading, even after a long time??????? Example: Huffington Post/ Shadow Conventions/ Bill moyer, etc.,etc,.

As a teacher, I want to be able to post the same article (bookmark) to multiple groups (for different classes). How can I share an already uploaded bookmark to another group? It is frustrating to re-upload it repeatedly.

There is a printing problem, when give print command it prints only the title of the note ( excluding content) and that to in background yellow color .

I have been using quicknote, the free version, for about a month now and have been very pleased with the simplicity and usability of the application. However today, I spent one hour jotting down notes in quicknote and then shut my computer , after i restarted it the note had disappeared. This has me very worried because Quicknote has a lot of important data on it.

I'd like to know why this has happened and what solutions are there.

I have a new Diigo account which I access from Chrome on Mac OS X, Chrome iOS, and Chrome on Linux. When I attempt to login to my Diigo account from Safari on OS X, the user name and password fields will accept only one character, and lockup. My account is associated with ronsheely@gmail.com
