I could not log onto Diigo for a few days due to an imposter takeover--lots of sales offers--download this, buy this, etc. My question is how do I back up my Diigo bookmarks and URLs onto my hard drive. I hate to lose them if Diigo permanently shuts down.

I'm running Chrome and once in awhile Diigo refuses to open declaring that the page is still loading, even after a long time??????? Example: Huffington Post/ Shadow Conventions/ Bill moyer, etc.,etc,.

Clicking on "Get it Now" doesn't direct me to the chrome webstore's page...

The diigolet loads fine on most web sites but the one I want to use it for Seeking Alpha it does not load. Is there some way I can make it work?

Why is "k12" the only accepted email standard for Diigo educator accounts? That is not a universal standard for email accounts within public school districts. My district is large, with 64,000 students, yet we cannot get educator accounts.

I've tried multiple times, on multiple days, to bookmark the following URLs, but they will not save to my list. Why not?

When I'm trying to bookmark a page I can't see the tags for recommended and used last time. You only can see small windows with scroll bars but not the actual tag. If you click over the "Used last time" or "Recommended" the tag field is filled with the tag. But you can not see the tags until you click over those fields.

These days I uploaded four times the html bookmark file exported from my Chrome, and every time I received the message which says "task is being processed. You will receive notification by email when it is done." but until now nothing happened. I can't see any new bookmark that has been imported. Neither did I receive the email notification. Could someone help me?

I enter user name and passw, but error saying they are incorrect is displayed. Have no problem signing in on the web.
I was using a different account before on the iPhone without problems, but I want to use this one instead.

I am getting 500 internal server errors for some of my tags.

Can't highlight .pdf in the browser.

I have clicked save to list for a number of bookmarks, but it did not actually save. What could be happening? Do lists have a maximum number of items?
