Is it possible for Diigo to automatically list my bookmarks based on how much I used them?
Delicious used to automatically arrange my bookmarks based on how much I accessed them. My most visited URLs used to be listed first. Is this possible in Diigo?

Integrate with ical. I want the option to "convert to task" from highlighted content. The URL should be captured in a calendar entry.
Most things I read online have some follow-up action attached to them. It would be cool to put this action straight into my calendar so that I can be reminded to come back to it at the right time.

We are considering it. How about integrating google calendar? Google calender can sync to ical.You can also use
gmail to sign to google calendar. -
Your software won't highlight a one-character field in row of a spreadsheet.
I frequently need to highlight spreadsheet rows with fields having less than five characters. The character count of the entire row is much greater than five, but white spaces between fields prevent your software from working. Currently, the best I can do is to highlight the one field with more characters, but that makes the captured information misleading.

Use "Page numbers" similar to the "idea" page instead of "previous" and "next"
I use the "read this link later" and "read later" function while searching through multiple emails for later review usually in batches. Then I go the "My Library" to edit, add description and tags I have to click the "previous" or "next" function to continue the editing. If I have several pages of bookmarks it seems cumbersome to return to my previous position after I close the program. Page numbers similar to what is used on your "ideas" page would be perfect.

make the min/max limits of the highlighter user customizable
It is always bad to assume character limits in an internationalized and diversed userbase. For example, I often want to highlight dates (years) which obviously have 4 characters. One short of 5. Can't do it. Damn.

Fix search
I recently tried to search my library and it just does not work. I searched with 3 words and could not find directly a document tagged with 2 of these words and containing the third word in its title !!! Actually it is maybe more a bug fix than a new idea...

Not force students to download either a toolbar or a diigolet the first time they go to My Library
Our school network policies do not allow students to customize their browsers so we have had use a simple bookmarklet to add a link to each student's account so they can get to their My Library the first time. That bookmarklet won't be there for them next time since their favorites are not saved between logins. This is a lot of unnecessary effort to add the first bookmark to their libraries.

Mark some tags as private, so that all bookmarks with these tags are automatically made private. Or, make all bookmarks private by default, and mark some tags as public so that bookmarks with these tags are public by default.
