Add a feature for ability to add sub-notes that are collapsible on google chrome notes plugin3 votes
Add a Feature like photobucket in which you can share the image with "BBCode"3 votes
Currently, highlights (and sticky notes?) are called "Annotations" in Newsfeeds. This can be misleading, especially if the user does not agree on the highlighted snippet and if he/she is not allowed to make sticky notes public. Therefore I suggest the following:
1. put quotes around every highlighted text automatically
2. introduce customization options, especially for the list style
3. introduce authenitfication for feed subscriptions, e.g. for followers and for inclusion in third party websites3 votes
During the setup process include easy method to post profile pictures!3 votes

Please go all the way through what you started : When we do a Google search, you tell us, at the top of the search results page, how many bookmarks we have for this query.
For each Google search result, you could tell us if we have bookmarked it in the past.
Please see Please see how http://www.veesearch.com/ does it.3 votes
Would be nice to have a console app to pipe text to a tag -- even better add ascii armored gpg3 votes
I like to highlight with blue, green, red as well using ipad's Diigo browser.
Currently just the yellow highlighting is supported
We’ll add more color next version.
-Add ability to send to a specific group and or group topic
-Add ability to post to Facebook
-Fix ability to send to a friend on the internal diigo network
-Add ability to sent information to a specific group of friends
-Include ability to send to twitter newsfeed3 votes

Would be a great way to add auto tag.
1. To fast saved pics (with icon in corner)
2. To fast saved pages (with read later button)
3. To page with highlights
4. To pages from specific domain (like YouTube -> video)
5. To device (like Mac -> work, IPad -> home)3 votes
Some pages, for example http://www.ttc-marconi.com/cz/o-nas/profil-spolecnosti/ , have a CSS style associated with the HTML tag `em`, which is used by Diigo for highlighting stretches of text. A collision of styles may occur (between the styles imposed by the original web page and Diigo browser extension) - for example the above page's CSS style restyles all the `em` elements, especially (IMHO incorrectly) making them block elements with the `display: block` property. I think that using `span` instead of `em` would make the Diigo highlights styling less intrusive and prevent some of these collisions, since `span` is less likely to have a style associated for the "diigo" class from the original web page.

After I bookmark a site with the chrome extension I'm done with it at that point 99% of the time. Yet the floating bookmark toolbar remains there in my way for me to close manually.3 votes
I suggest allowing the Diigo user to select more than one group when adding a new sticky note.
As a Diigo Educator, I like using notes for different groups within the same classroom (i.e: group A and group B in the same classroom for the same task). Sometimes I choose a web page, or I write one by myself, and I add notes and highlights with comments to invite them to discuss in a collaborative way. I would like to be able to choose the 2 groups (A and B) at the same time.3 votes
I have been trying to import into DIIGO since 10 days now.
All what I get is a message telling it is going to be done. Ever and ever.
I consideer working elsewhere, because there is no way I will add all my links by hand.
So my suggestion is: Make importing work.3 votes
Bring back the tag cloud3 votesSandy_diigo responded
We are trying to figure out a better way to solve it while keep the simplicity in the ‘Save bookmark’ window. As times goes by, you have more and more tags. it will takes a lot of time and resources to show tag cloud in one tab.
I love the lists, but don't want to have to reorder my list every time I find a new source. Maybe a way to create sections based on tags? Or the option when you bookmark to put something not only in a list, but under a certain section?3 votes
Yellow = main idea
Blue = supporting information for Yellow
Green = supporting information for Blue
Pink = supporting information for Green
The text from highlights in MY LIBRARY could be colored to match the highlighting color OR indented to visually show that relationship. Both would be fantastic.
My students at my school, and their teacher, would tremendously benefit from this addition.3 votes
