When a group uses the sticky notes to collaboratively work on a content then there arises a need for having an ability to delete a sticky note regardless of the annotations posted by other group members.

For example: a group uses stickies to post comments to a content of a web page. Then someone makes the corrections and wants to remove the stickies regardless of comments contained inside. There should be such functionality.
