  The implementation of this feature should be very light on developer resources.

  EverNote has note timestamps to the second, that I find very helpful.

  I frequently need to track what type of information I am reading or bookmarking through the workday, with at least 1 hour resolution. This helps me to create a report of my daily activites. Also, in my diigo data download I would like to have accurate timestamps included, to facilitate integration with other data that I access or generate each day. I want to create an accurate history of my computer/internet life - thereby decreasing the chance of wasting time searching repeatedly for the same type of information or its context.
