Quick Note - add URL + Tagging in Quick Note

Today, when using Quick Note to collect snippets from a page, the URL is not saved and you cannot tag the Note at that point - you have to than go to "My Library", find the note, press "edit" - "More options" - and tag it.

    +3. It's of paramount importance that quick note saves the url and allows me to tag the note. I hate to switch between the reading stuff and My Library. That's a sort of distraction.

    Dev guys, please give priority to this issue. Thanks.
