Please fix! Starting to happen now all the time. I only subscribed to diigo because it promises to cache pages... not happy.

Me, too. I usually have to go back to Diigo.com, click the bookmark, then cache. It's a little annoying. Sometimes the Diigolet will work.
It seems to happen much more with pages where I opened a URL in a new tab. I rarely see it if I start with a new tab and then enter a URL.
Reloading the page doesn’t help (I've found reloading pages will often make an extension work).
