Let me edit my sticky notes
When saved, a sticky note can no longer be edited. I would be really nice to have that option.

The problem is that Sticky Notes are not editable.
In order to update/correct a Sticky Note, you should copy its content, remove original Sticky Note, add new one, paste the saved content. This is small thing with a workaround, but it is still an unexpected user interface deficiency.

This would be an awsome feature. The inability to edit any annotation is limiting.
