I suggest you ...

Browsing own bookmarks by tag (in a sidebar)

I'd like to see a navigation such as here: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/3615/

This is taken from the firefox extension for delicious. That would be perfecto!!!!

at least add a way/page to list ALL tags in a (single/multiple) column. it's IMPOSSIBLE to manage tags BY ROW like it's now. It will help anyway adding an option to have the list at left besides top/recent (now the link just redirect to manage tags, UX redundancy with edit, while mytags do nothing).
    ---------------------------------
won't be so simple having recent/top/all tags view + edit my tags header?

Agreed! You shouldn't have to open up a new tab that takes you to the diigo website -- just have a sidebar. SO much more convenient.

Yes yes yes! keeping a tab open with Diigo just in case I want to find an existing bookmark is a pain. With Firefox/Delicious I can CNTL-B to access the sidebar. Please.

    =)
Just noticed this is for the Chrome Extension. I want the same for Firefox! Extensions should be uniform across all browsers anyway (as much as possible).

Agreed. Particularly the sidebar integration—split view (tags & bookmarks), editable, mouse-over shows details (notes). For me the sidebar in Diigo is the only thing that's not quite happening yet.
