Positioning sticky notes
In a large page, positioning sticky notes is difficault. It is good if page is scrolled as sticky note icon is dragged out of the page area.

I'd like to be able to stick a sticky note at a position on the page and have it stay where I put it. Really important if looking at long reports. (I do a lot of research.)
