It's nice and easy to create a highlight but it's not so smooth to modify it if needed - a quick way to extend/contract the start and end points would be great (perhaps using a select-drag action from the first and last characters?). Alternatively if there was a quicker single-action way to delete a highlight rather than having to open its context menu and find "delete", then a highlight could be quickly re-created with a new size/position (maybe via the delete key when the context menu is shown)?

There are sometimes when a line which needs to be highlighted before another is missed out, and when highlighted later it comes below that line. If it was possible to shuffle the highlighted lines to reorder them accordingly i.e. move highlighted lines up and down.

In Canada we do not have EDU email account which makes it very difficult to obtain edu accounts. I have sent two emails asking for one and never heard back. It is very frustrating.

the tool is broken and I have lost weeks of bookmarks

I can't seem to read offline from diigo.com and also, I previously installed Read Later and you seem to prevent me from using that app with a "Authorized Failure" message. Which service should I use and how can I read my chosen webpages offline?

improve the "send email" feature! It's much more cumbersome than SnagIt and Awesome Screenshot.

It seems like there is no successful response while "Tagging an image".

How to reproduce:

- Go on a website
- context-menu click on a image
- select save image
- select tag this image
- modal window pops out
- check private
- enter some keywords
- click on save (nothing happen)
- click on save again (nothing happen) (modal window still show up)
- got to diigo library overview
- two entries are added

I am sure some words are definitely in my library, and I have kept that bookmark for a long time.I have signed in and stay signed in. I have tested bookmarks in english and in chinese, neither works. what is the problem? This is a wonderful function but I just cannot use it.
